As of January 1, 2018, MetLife will administer the life insurance program. While not required for BNY Mellon-paid Basic Life insurance coverage, Evidence of Insurability will always be required when you enroll for or increase the level of Supplemental Life Insurance coverage, Spouse/Domestic Partner and/or Child Life Insurance.
